We love to help. That’s why we’ve already listed some of the most frequently asked questions.
Progression in ONYX is based on your personal skills. As you achieve more skills in the different subjects the progression meters will increase. This way you can see where you are well developed and what you can still work on.
You can indicate which skills you think you have achieved by completing a reflection. Your supervisor/coach will then assess whether this is correct and add it to your progression.
You can ask anyone for feedback in ONYX by navigating to a topic (competency) and clicking “ask for feedback. You then give your phone to a person near you and they fill this out for you.
Your supervisor has the ability to navigate to your profile and provide feedback directly through the App.
From your educational institution you have received login information by email. This allows you to log in once for the first time. Then you have to set a new password.
Forgot your password?
On the login screen, you can easily set a new password via ‘forgot password’.
Forgot your email address?
It may happen that you can no longer find your mail address either. In that case, contact the system administrator within your educational institution.
Phone number changed?
Then update your phone number in your profile in a timely manner. No longer able to access your old number and thus your account? Then contact us using the form below.
